The Global Health Education and Learning Incubator’s mission is to support innovative learning, teaching, and dialogue about cutting-edge, multidisciplinary global challenges. We foster and evaluate new pedagogical tools and instructional strategies that bridge disciplinary fields, educational spaces, and groups of learners.

The Incubator is not a traditional, service-oriented teaching center or grant-making global health educational initiative. Instead, we collaborate deliberatively with educators at all levels, through flexible immersion residencies on site, cross-university partnerships bridging schools, and external educational projects with colleagues in other countries. People, partnerships and educational public goods are the most important components of our work. We experiment with new multimodal instructional strategies, create spaces for interdisciplinary dialogue, develop and pilot prototypes, and produce educational resources that can be used across instructional contexts, cultures, and borders.
